Owner and founder of Morning Star Healing Yoga, Danika Nowatzke, loves her mat and what she is IN love with is how yoga has healed her. When she first stepped on her mat she was newly sober, struggling in a emotionally, mentally, financially abusive marriage. She had found Board30 and movement, losing 80 lbs and began to ask herself…”why I am this way?”…with guidance of a dear friend she found yoga and her magical mat. At first she had no idea what was happening and she still doesn’t. What she does have is a way to navigate, heal and flow through life’s greatest challenges. She is 500 RYT and Reiki II practitioner. Danika wants to share her passion of yoga with you. She can’t wait for you to meet yourself on the mat.
